By accessing or using Sunsula, you agree to these Terms.

• By using the app, you confirm this 

Sunsula is a real-time, location-based social platform that allows users to discover and interact with others nearby.

You agree NOT to:

• Harass, abuse, or threaten others 
• Use fake profiles or impersonate others 
• Share illegal, harmful, or explicit content 
• Use the app for unlawful purposes 

• Sunsula facilitates introductions only 
• We are not responsible for in-person interactions 
• Use caution when meeting others 

• Paid features may require a subscription 
• Payments are processed via: 
  • Apple App Store 
  • Google Play 
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled 
• Manage/cancel via your app store settings 

• You are responsible for all content you upload 
• You grant Sunsula a license to display your content within the app 

• Users may block/report others 
• We reserve the right to remove accounts violating rules 

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violations of these Terms 
• Safety concerns or misuse 

We do not guarantee:

• Matches 
• Responses 
• Successful interactions 

Sunsula is not liable for:

• User behavior 
• Interactions (online or offline) 
• Damages arising from use of the app 

We may update these Terms at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
